We are purpose driven, know who we are and why we do what we do because we are first honest and truthful with ourselves. We exemplify truth with our clients, even if it does not result in a sale, by giving them all we know and have learned about their plumbing system, including all viable options and upfront, straight forward investment amounts.
As we invest in our own personal growth and learn to discern the ways of God in life and business, we work hard to provide peace of mind and safety through building professional relationships with our clients and our vendors. We truly care about the people we serve and those we partner with and strive to show this every day through our verbal and written communication. As we struggle we recognize others do also and through our compassionate listening we look for ways to serve above and beyond.
We face challenges as opportunities with optimism and great character. We are not afraid to take ownership of the products and services we provide our clients because we choose the best quality and provide a high standard of care with our installation practices. We only install to the current Uniform Plumbing code recognized by the State of Washington while working to exceed our clients’ expectations.
going to do every time.
When we make a commitment to a client, a vendor, a team member or ourselves we make sure to follow through. We maintain our honor by following through on our commitments.
Sometimes we are faced with decisions which require us to question and examine the facts, emotions and motivations. In the end we must always do what we know in our hearts to be the right thing.
